Our story
From one van to the valley's most-reviewed plumber
Tom Keystone spent twelve years working for national franchises before going out on his own. He was tired of being told to sell customers things they did not need, so he built a company where technicians are paid for good work, not for upsells.
Today we are a team of 18 licensed plumbers and heating engineers, still run from the same workshop on Alder Street. Most of our work comes from repeat customers and their neighbours, which is exactly how we like it.
