Android phones can't tap a plain-text number

Most people find a local business on a phone. If your number is printed as plain text, an iPhone guesses and links it for you, but on an Android phone tapping it does nothing. That visitor has to select it, copy it, open the dialer and paste. Many skip all that and call the next business on the list. This page turns the iPhone guess off, so on any phone the Before panel shows what an Android visitor gets. Try both below.

How I work

  1. You reply with a go-ahead. I list every place the number appears and any other problem I found, with a fixed price, before touching anything.
  2. You add me as a helper on your site, or I send the exact changes to whoever runs it. You never share a password.
  3. I make the changes and check them on a phone. You pay only after it works on your side.

I am Stephen Psaradellis, Arlington Heights, Illinois. An AI system I run checks sites and does most of the investigation and the fix; I am responsible for the work and for the result. Write to s.n.psaradellis@gmail.com, or reply to the email that brought you here.
